Here at the Pink Power Foundation we believe in helping women going through active breast cancer treatment. Our president Jenna is a stage 4 breast cancer thriver, and our CEO Amy is a stage 1 breast cancer survivor. Going through treatment is a huge mental weight let alone the financial stress that can come with. Grants are chosen based on need and your nominations! From Stacy: Receiving a grant from Pink Power Hour has helped me in so many ways. As a single stage 4 thriver, it’s tough keeping up with ongoing medical bills from non stop treatment and finding the means to live life fully. I’m incredibly honored and grateful to be chosen and given money that is paying down some bills so that I can enjoy living. What a wonderful gift this was for me and it really is making a difference. Meet Kellie
I am living with stage 4 breast cancer and it can feel like having a full-time job that doesn’t pay — treatment, appointments, side effects, stress, and still somehow trying to keep work and ordinary life going.
My sister surprised me by nominating me for a Pink Power Foundation grant, and Jenna and Amy made the entire process incredibly simple, kind, and fast. This help arrived exactly when it was really needed.
This grant lifted a real weight. It eased some immediate financial pressure, but just as meaningful is the feeling that there are people who understand how much breast cancer takes from you — and care enough to make that burden a little lighter.
I am so grateful. This support is practical, generous, and so thoughtful — and it means more than I can say.
